CNC machine tool is a high-tech product that comprehensively applies advanced technologies such as computer technology, automatic control technology, automatic detection technology and precision machinery design and CNC manufacturing. It is a typical mechatronics product with high technology intensity and high degree of automation. While helping humans process complex parts, various failure problems will also occur.

During the repair process, it was found that some customers attach great importance to the maintenance of machine tool equipment, while others do not care. If something goes wrong, they blame the machine tool, which is obviously unreasonable. Now let’s make a rough introduction to PTJ machine maintenance.

1.every day

Observe the position of the three axes of the machine every day, that is, every time after turning on the machine. Whether there are obstacles in the front, back, left, right, up and down may block the movement of each axis. Observe whether the keys on the operation panel are intact, whether the indicators are normal, and check whether the cutting fluid (liquid level, deterioration), the lubricant level of the guide rail, the air pressure are normal, and whether there are large foreign objects on the chain board of the chip conveyor. After confirming OK, you can turn on the machine, release the emergency stop and return to the origin, warm up for 30 minutes, and extend the winter appropriately. After CNC machining, clean the taper hole of the tool spindle of the tool magazine, the aluminum chips on the sheet metal chip removing machine of each protective cover, and clean the tool magazine. Shut down after returning to zero and repeat the previous check the next day.

2. once a month

Do small maintenance for the machine, clean the appearance, check and process all oils, air pressure filter, electric box filter cotton. Remove the screws of the protective cover, clean the aluminum shavings inside, drain the water, and lubricate the screw thread rail. Move each axis, observe the load, and hear whether the running sound is smooth. Tool changer movement and position check.

Three, major maintenance, once a year maintenance

  • 1. Back up various data of the machine tool, and regularly replace the drive and system battery.
  • 2. Adjust the level of the machine tool, dismantle the sheet metal for cleaning, and tighten the screws of each part
  • 3. Check the air pressure, the pressure value on the machine tool air source triplet is 0.5—0.7MPa, clean the filter.
  • 4. Check whether the oil lines are smooth and the pressure is OK.
  • 5. Special electronic precision cleaning fluid is used to clean the spindle fan, amplifier fan and board card.
  • 6. Check and arrange the components and circuits of the electric box.
  • 7. Check and adjust the accuracy of each axis.
  • 8. Fixture inspection.
