The basic structure of titanium plate heat exchanger.
Titanium plates and plate heat exchangers are mainly composed of two parts: frame and plate.
Various forms of grinding tools are used to press sheets made of various materials into corrugations of various shapes, and corner holes for media flow paths are formed in the four corners of the sheet. The periphery of the board and the corner holes are sealed with rubber gaskets.
The frame is composed of fixed pressure plate, movable pressure plate, upper and lower guide rods and fastening bolts.
Titanium plate and plate heat exchanger is to install the plate in the form of stacking between the fixed platen and the movable platen, and then clamp it with clamping bolts.
