1. Specifications and detection methods of titanium flanges
Titanium flange is a part made of non-ferrous metal titanium or titanium alloy, which connects the pipe to the pipe, and is connected to the pipe end.
The titanium flange has holes, and the bolts make the two flanges tightly connected. The flanges are sealed with gaskets. Flange pipe fittings refer to pipe fittings with flanges (flanges or splices).
It can be formed by threaded connection or welding. The flange connection consists of a pair of flanges, a gasket and bolts and nuts. The gasket is placed between the sealing surfaces of the two flanges. After tightening the nut, the specific pressure on the surface of the gasket reaches a certain value and then deforms, and fills the unevenness on the sealing surface, making the connection tight and leak-proof.
According to the structure type, there are integral titanium flange, butt welded titanium flange, loose titanium flange and threaded titanium flange.
