Check whether the straightening machine is running normally, and check and remove all dirt, oil and metal debris on the machine. Subsequently, a brief analysis of the adjustment between the upper and lower rollers of the straightener.
In the straightening operation, the titanium alloy plate must not have corners or curling, otherwise it must be flattened with a mallet; no dirt or titanium chips are allowed on the titanium alloy plate, otherwise it must be cleaned and cleaned in time; the titanium alloy plate should be straightened It must be aligned with the center and must not be skewed. If skew is found, it must be adjusted; the titanium alloy plate must not overlap through the straightener, nor can it straighten two overlapping plates at the same time.
When the titanium alloy plate is straightened, if a wave appears locally, the u value of the pressing force of the machine should be adjusted in time to eliminate the wave. If there is a wave in the middle of the iron plate, the support roller in the middle should be raised (that is, the u value is reduced). The larger the wave, the larger the rise value, and so on.
When the titanium alloy plate is straightened, if the effect plate is stuck in the machine, it is not allowed to pass by force. It should stop immediately, lift the roller, and then return the titanium alloy plate back. If the titanium alloy plate needs to be retracted, the roller should also be lifted.
It is not allowed to pressurize the work roll when it is stopped. At the same time, the straightened titanium alloy plate should be reexamined. If the straightening fails, the straightening should be repeated. If it cannot be straightened, a tension straightener should be sent to straighten it.
