Rotary body parts are divided into bushings, roulettes and other types. The difference between shaft sleeve and roulette parts is the aspect ratio. Generally, parts with an aspect ratio greater than 1 are regarded as shaft parts; parts with an aspect ratio less than 1 are regarded as roulette parts.

1. Shaft sleeve parts

The length of the sleeve parts is larger than the diameter, and the machining surface is mostly the inner and outer circumferential surfaces. The generatrix of the contour of the circumferential surface can be a straight line parallel to the z axis, and the stepped shaft can be formed by cutting, and there can be threads and retraction grids on the shaft; it can also be a slant line, which can form a tapered surface or tapered thread; or it can be a circular arc or Curve (programmed with parametric equations), cutting to form a curved surface.

2. Roulette parts

The diameter of the roulette parts is greater than the length, and the swiss turning surface is mostly the end face. The generatrix of the end face caster can be a straight line, a slant line, an arc, a curve or a face thread, a tapered thread, etc.

3. Other parts

CNC lathe is the same as ordinary lathe. It can process eccentric shaft or machine hole or cylinder on box or plate by installing special chuck or fixture.
