Uses of heat-resistant and high-temperature titanium pipes: Stainless and acid-resistant seamless heat-resistant titanium pipes are widely used in the layout of stainless steel and acid-resistant titanium plates in petroleum, chemical industry, pipelines and various applications. The chemical composition and physical properties of titanium plates should be ensured.
Varieties of heat-resistant high-temperature titanium tubes: The rolling method is divided into hot rolling, hot extrusion and cold drawing (rolling) heat-resistant high-temperature titanium tubes. According to the titanium alloy metallographic arrangement, it is divided into half ferrite and half martensite heat-resistant high-temperature titanium tubes, martensite heat-resistant high-temperature titanium tubes, austenitic heat-resistant high-temperature titanium tubes, and austenitic-ferrite iron series. Hot high temperature titanium tube, etc.
Standard and appearance quality:
(1) According to the rules of GB14975-94 “Titanium alloy seamless heat-resistant titanium tube”, the general length of heat-resistant titanium tube (indefinite length) is hot-rolled heat-resistant titanium tube 1.5~10m, and the hot extruded heat-resistant titanium tube is equal to and greater than 1m . The cold-drawn (rolled) heat-resistant titanium tube has a wall thickness of 0.5 to 1.0 mm, 1.0 to 7 m; and a wall thickness greater than 1.0 mm, 1.5 to 8 m.
(2) Hot-rolled (hot-extruded) heat-resistant titanium tubes with a diameter of 54 to 480 mm, a total of 45 types; wall thickness of 4.5 to 45 mm, a total of 36 types.
Cold-drawn (rolled) heat-resistant titanium tubes have a total of 65 types with a diameter of 6 to 200 mm; 39 types with a wall thickness of 0.5 to 21 mm.
(3) There should be no defects such as cracks, folds, cracks, cracks, folds, delamination, and scarring on the inside and outside of the heat-resistant titanium tube. These defects should be thoroughly shoveled out (the tube for mechanical processing is outside). Wall thickness and outer diameter exceed negative errors.
Any other subtle appearance defects that do not exceed the allowable negative error can not be eliminated.
(4) Straight to promise depth. Hot-rolled, hot-extruded heat-resistant titanium tube, diameter less than or equal to 140mm is not greater than 5% of the nominal wall thickness, the maximum depth is not greater than 0.5mm; cold drawn (rolled) heat-resistant titanium tube is not greater than 4% of the nominal wall thickness , The maximum depth is not more than 0.3mm.
(5) Both ends of the heat-resistant titanium tube should be cut at right angles, and burrs should be removed.
